MongoQUI’s export feature enables you to export collection data flexibly, with various scopes and formats to suit your workflow.

Export Scope

MongoQUI provides three main export scopes for maximum flexibility:

• Full Collection Export:
  Export all documents from the collection without any filters or pagination. Ideal for complete backups or migrations.

• Query Results Export:
  Export all documents that match your current query/filter, ignoring pagination (skip/limit). Useful for exporting filtered datasets.

• Active Cursor Export:
  Export only the currently displayed (rendered) documents, respecting your current skip/limit settings. Best for exporting a paginated or previewed subset.
